Proven Success: 1st Time Connecticut Real Estate Salesperson's Exam Pass Rate
Are you in the market for proven, expert guidance on passing the real estate exam? Our course is a pathway to successfully completing all required exams. Most of our students register and pass the real estate licensing exams the first time. This is the first step. The pre-licensing 60-hour course is required by the State of Connecticut.
While the course is intended to prepare individuals to take the Connecticut Real Estate Salesperson's exam, it is also an excellent choice for those who wish to gain more detailed knowledge about the home buying and home selling process.
All real estate courses are approved by the Real Estate Commission. Approved courses for Building Community Urban Institute can be found on the DCP website under the title Building Community Urban Institute.
